We are excited to offer the legendary Falkland Island wool in Superwash. This wool is popular for its high quality and natural whiteness. The Islands themselves, located near the Antarctic, provide a perfect environment for high grade wool, and farming is pesticide and chemical free. This very fine fleece will be well worth it once you get it in your hands! A low micron count (21-25) and superwash treatment make this a great sock, scarf/hat or sweater yarn. Wash cool or warm, dry flat. Handwashing is recommended for fine garments.

Columbia Worsted WoolColumbia sheep grow a very heavy fleece with a wonderful, long staple of 3-5 inches. The raw wool has good crimp and is springy to the touch. It is soft and a perfect choice for a durable worsted weight yarn for almost any project from a cozy hat to a child’s sweater.
