We ship all orders by Priority US Mail to addresses in the United States, Canada and all over the world, unless you specify otherwise. Orders are shipped within 2 business days if your order is in stock. If your order is not currently in stock, it will be shipped within 10 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and package weight, click on the USPS link for more information. Since you pay your own shipping costs, you can choose your preferred method, we're happy to ship according to your preference.

Returns

Various fibers will absorb dyes at different rates and various depths, even within the same skein. The nature of hand painted yarn and one of a kind designs makes each item truly unique and a work of art. We do our very best to assure you wil love your purchase. If you are unhappy with any order, refunds are given for items returned in their original condition. Returns must be received within four weeks of sale. Email us first to organize your return. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
